Liquidity policy and reporting consulting
Sample Trust Bank requested that a consultant provide them with an integrated ALCO review including Liquidity and ALCO policy and reporting, in addition to the usual ALM model review. The ALMnetwork Liquidity consulting team, led by global liquidity expert Leonard Matz, highlighted policy and reporting enhancements. The Bank used the Fiserv AL model, so the model review was led by Dan O’Neill, former product manager of the AL model, so in-depth modeling enhancement suggestions were provided. After Fred’s departmental walkthrough, the EVP/Treasurer noted that the “onsite review was the best in the 20 years he had been at the bank”.
