Discovery Service Projects builds and refurbishes buildings to improve peoples’ lives, health, and safety. Recent projects have included churches, clinics, community buildings, schools, and private homes in Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the hurricane belt of the U.S.
All projects are funded solely by donations and volunteer labor. The Discovery Service Projects’ website notes “Every year, Discovery provides partial scholarships to a few volunteers who would otherwise not be able to work in the international project. We believe that this scholarship is important so that anyone may experience the cultural and spiritual benefits of participating in a project.”
The ALMnetwork is privileged to support the scholarship programs of Discovery Service Projects. For more information, please visit http://www.discoveryserviceprojects.org/scholarship/ or email Fred at email@example.com.
The ALMnetwork is privileged to support the Bike MS Express Gateway Getaway Ride. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society will use funds collected from the Bike MS Ride to not only support research for a cure tomorrow, but also to provide programs which address the needs of people living with MS today. real time ALCO reporting? Over the past few years, there have been days with historically high interest rate volatility. After several such days, the management of Sample Bank believed their annual budget was no longer accurate.
Working with the ALMnetwork, Sample Bank produced forecasts based on rates “as of” the prior days’ close. While not exactly “real-time” reporting, next day reporting was useful to the management of Sample Bank in comprehending their new earnings position, formulating new tactics and strategies, and fine-tuning their pricing.
