Fred Poorman, Jr., CFA

• Fred works with financial institutions on ALM consulting issues, including ALM model review/validation. He provides clients with profitable solutions using the resources of the ALMnetwork and our network partners.
   
• Over the last twelve years, Fred has consulted with banks from Main Street to Wall Street on balance sheet management strategies. His previous banking background includes managing the ALM teams at regional and community banks.
   
• Fred has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, an M.S in Finance from Florida International University, with additional post-graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Larry Poppert III, CPA

• Larry brings his extensive banking and accounting background to assist clients with ALM, financial planning, and financial reporting issues. He manages the operations of the firm, including the support staff.
   
• Most recently, Larry was the SVP, Finance of Republic First Bank and has over fifteen years of banking experience.
   
• Larry has B.S. in Accounting from Temple University.

Leo Blecker

• Leo provides financial institutions with an integrated, outsourced ALM and planning solution. He co-manages the ALCO reporting function, including the support staff.
   
• Most recently, Leo was VP of Finance for KNBT prior to their acquisition by NPBC. Previously Leo was Managing Director, ALM for BNKBalance. Prior to that, Leo was in Treasurer of Patriot Bank and has over 20 years of Bank Finance/Treasury experience.
   
• Leo has a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Upsala College.
   

William Keefe, CPA

• Bill provides the management and Boards of financial institutions with consulting insights based on his twenty years in banking at the executive management level.
   
• Most recently, Bill was EVP/CFO for Fist Morris Bank & Trust. Previously, Bill was Treasurer of United National Bancorp and EVP/CFO of Vista Bancorp.  
   
• Bill has a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Michael Van Zandt, CPA

• Mike provides financial institutions with an integrated, outsourced ALM and planning solution. He manages the ALCO reporting function, including the support staff.
   
• Most recently, Mike was Managing Director, ALM for BNKBalance. Previously, Mike was in Treasury and ALM management with N.J.-based banks for over fifteen years.
   
• Mike has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
   

• Michelle also provides financial institutions with an integrated, outsourced ALM and planning solution.  She offers financial institutions with mortgage banking insights based on her career at FNMA.
   
• Most recently, Michelle was a Sr. Risk Manager at FNMA, where she was responsible for managing the overall risk relationship with customers, inclusive of credit, operational and financial risk. During her fourteen years at FNMA, she held a variety of management and staff positions. Previously, Michelle was at Advanta Corp. in the mortgage department.
   
• Michelle has a B.S. in Finance from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. Marketing from the University of Delaware.
   

• Tracy is responsible for accounting and related support functions
   
• Most recently, Tracy was the Accounting Manager at a local professional services organization.
